I had a successful repair in September, which I mentioned in a message on this page, "Battery problem fixed..."
They honored the warranty, but only after I produced a copy of the original sales invoice. This they insisted on; they faxed me to point out that I had neglected to send it when I sent the computer. They charged $18 for shipping; maybe it's gone up since then. All communication was by fax or mail, but I guess they will use e-mail too.
