Subject: The worst things about TV

There are some things that may suport you people's theory on ditching the box. Here goes:

1. American/Canadian Idol. I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYTHING THAT SUPPORTS OR ENCOURAGES TEENAGERS TO BECOME POPSTARS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF THOSE IN THE WORLD. WE NEED PROGRESSIVE WORKING PEOPLE.

2. Mindless sitcoms (especially crap like "Frasier") WHAT IS THE APPEAL TO THESE THINGS? THEY AREN'T FUNNY IN THE LEAST. IT'S JUST A BUNCH OF YUPPIES BICKERING AT EACHOTHER

3. All reality TV shows. FIRST OF ALL, THERE IS NO REALITY TO THESE. DO ANY OF YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO SLEPT IN DIRT AND ATE RATS OR BUGS? DIDN'T THINK SO. AND SECOND OF ALL, SEEING A BUNCH OF MINDLESS 20SOMETHINGS DOING STUPID STUFF DURING THEIR 15 MINUTES IS NOT THAT FUN TO WATCH

4. MTV. I JUST DON'T LIKE IT, OR THE STUFF IT PROMOTES.

5. Anime. THAT STUFF JUST DOESN'T BELONG IN AMERICA. AND NOT TO MENTION, ALL OF IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS DRAWN BY A KINDERGARTEN ART CLASS, AND THE STORYLINES/PLOTS ARE BEYOND NONSENSUAL. THEN THERE ARE THE CHARACTERS WITH THE PERSONALITIES OF DEAD DOGS. (And this is coming from someone who likes most cartoons)

6. I guess that's it for now
