Ola! again,

You need to figure out something to do, besides TV. Look on the main message board for a message that says 'Fun Ideas' that I wrote, see if you find anything interesting on that list that you would like to do.

If you work hard all day, and come home tired from work (esp. if it requires physical labor) and want do something relaxing (that doesn't take much physical of mental work):

- do word searches (word finds)
- read a good book
- play solitaire
- listen to music
- make sculpures out of clay (very relaxing),
- practice guitar (or some other instrument),
- sit outside and listen to nature or soak up the sun (if it's sunny)
- or go swimming (if you have the resources to do so.)
- I do oragami, and that's relaxing once you get the hang of the folding process (it soon becomes second nature.)
- Listen to the radio (a TV-less way to get the news.)

- If you go to the library, I'm sure you can find tons of books on things you can do that can break you away from the habit of going to the television, instead.
