HEY! You guys awake over here???!!!

Anyway, my daughter is auditioning for a part in Little Women. She needs to "prepare from memory a poem, monologue, dramatic or comedy interpretation lasting approximately 2 minutes that allows the production staff to see/hear your abilities to bring a character to life, express emotion, interpret a script."

ANY SUGGESTIONS????? I can't find anything suitable that last TWO MINUTES! That's a LONG time. HELP!

We scrapped the whole thing. It turned out we had only a week to find something and prepare before the audition. We were ALREADY preparing for testing and... it was just too much stress and pressure. We really DO have enough to keep us occupied w/ out heaping on One. More. Thing. Gack! Anyway, we've finished this year's testing (and all God's children said, "AMEN!") and are winding down the school year. It's all down hill from here. We're hoping to finish the second week in June but most likely it will end up being the 16th. Sigh. I am soooooo very tired of school.
