Good morning Michelle, that commercial bothers me a lot too. So I always change the channel. Do you know my favorite commercial, it is the one that the guy is at the gym, he weighs himself, then goes a few feet and then comes back and weighs himself again and is very mad when sees that he hasn’t lost any weight. Reminds me of myself. I used to get very angry in the morning when I weighed myself. I used to get very irritated at it. My friend followed the Core program last year (I think that is what is called), the one that you can eat certain things but no limit to how much. She lost about 12 pounds and made it to her goal. Since then she has gained a few pounds back but she just started again. Feel free to post here about your progress so that we could cheer you up.
