[> [> [> This particular puppy will probably hit 100#. There was one "moose" in the litter that I wouldn't be surprised hit 120. He was absolutely massive. -- Luoodles loves her puppies. It's been 2 1/2 years since we've had a litter!, 21:12:42 02/06/05 Sun [1]

[> [> [> Oh POOP! My children are going to have a fit we missed that. I forgot it was on! Gack! Gack! Hubby has been reading "The Hobbit" to the family every night. It's wonderfully fun to watch them react to the story. Hubby puts a lot of "character" into his voice as he reads also, so it really makes the stories come alive. Anyway, we missed it. We'll just have to catch a rerun. O.k Going to beddy now. I've been e-baying my eyeballs out. LOL! Oh dear. I really need to stop! -- Luoodles who sold her frog AND her cookbook! Can you believe it??! LOL!, 23:26:53 02/06/05 Sun [1]

[> [> [> [> Fantastic book! If your family likes fantasy you should check out last year's Newbery winner, Tale of Despereaux: Being the Story of a Mouse, a Princess, Some Soup, and a Spool of Thread. I've read it two years in a row now and it's seriously the best book I've ever read aloud---it's just perfect as a read aloud book. Some books are great books, but not to be read aloud--this one I could read all day. -- C, 17:39:03 02/07/05 Mon [1]

[> [> [> [> [> LOL! No, seperately. I must say the buyer who bought the frog was such a good sport. I really do NOT know what I'm doing and there was MUCH confusion re: PayPal/Credit Cards. She was somewhat new at it also, but we both muddled thru. LOL! -- Luoodles doesn't think she'll ever make her fortune at e-bay but it's fun talking w/ the folks! LOL!, 21:11:29 02/08/05 Tue [1]

[> BTW, I got three new chickens today! De Colores, Delores, and Morris. They are Buff Orpingtons. A friend of mine hatched them as a science project w/ her home schoolers but couldn't keep chickens in her neighborhood. I bought the eggs, she hatched them, I got the chickens! Woo Hoo! I love my chickens. I have Millie, and Big Cheap, and NineTen (a big fat hen), and George, and Buddy, and HennyPenny, and Snowflake, and I think that's all. LOL! I just LOVE to hear them cluck and pur. And every once in a while I get an egg! LOLOL!!!! -- Luoodles what can I say. Once a farmer, always a farmer!, 21:18:25 02/06/05 Sun [1]

[> Hey Lu, if you and the wee'uns love dogs, then you might want to catch the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show next week. It's airing Feb 14th and 15th on the USA network, whatever channel that is for you folks (out west?). I watch it every year, and I always wind up rooting for the Doberman because I had one when I was younger. There's no puppies in the show, but least you can get your canine fix. -- MariMata, are chickens hard to keep as pets? I know people who have them, are they a lot of work?, 00:47:43 02/08/05 Tue [1]

[> [> YEA!!!! lots of fun next week!!! Sunday is the AKC Agility Trials, then Westminister (which is so much better than the Eukanuba cup or the Purina national dog show - after all its the original televised one) and then on Thursday? (I think) is the Nascar Pet special about the nascar drivers and their pets - he he!! -- Aria, 11:51:48 02/08/05 Tue [1]
