I happen to adore Austen's works myself, and I tell ya, any classic literature that inspires people a coupla centuries later to write their own fiction is just plain great lit in my book. By the way, did you ever see the Pride and Pred. miniseries that aired on A@E a few years ago? This was the one with Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle in it. It was six vhs tapes long, and I watched the whole darned thing in two nites, I loved it!! You should rent it if you like that book. -- ABCra XYZee
