Have her start agian on an easier, calmer, maybe even older horse to help her regain her confidence and then gradually have her get on horses that are a little more inexperienced and need a good rider, she will build her confidence back up soon enough. If that does not work tell her to buy a horse she id comfortable with and have her start from scratch riding agian and work her way up that way.
