I have heard bloat is a problem in our breed yet I have had BB's here for training, showing, stud services, and had my own dogs for over 9 yrs and NEVER had a bloat case. I wouldn't think it would be particular bloodlines cus I have had dogs from pretty much all the bigger breeders, maybe climate and altitiude in which you live? Were the dogs maybe found to have been fed a commercial dog food, maybe only once a day.

I am sure I am not the only one who has never had a dog bloat, just curious, have we asked ourselves is it the breed or other factors? Maybe the dog just always inhaled it's food and didn't chew and swallow properly and inhaled water afterwards. I dunno....don't want to start an argument just was a thought in my head.
