Subject: Hopefully whatever B-panel of judges Sherry is able to throw together is ready to score the competition appropriately and select a winner who is consistent with what MAO is going for: sharp-witted strong interviewer ready to tackle the tough topics (and ready to present modern viewpoints) + a real talent (not a "pageant talent"). We need more Marina Harrisons and less of what we've gotten the last few years.
[> [> Subject: Well, it's a known fact that Sherry is terrible at developing meaningful relationships with contestants, volunteers, and sponsors here in Md. Wouldn't be surprised if she had a terrible reputation nationally too and the "well known" judges refuse to judge Md. Would explain some of the head scratcher results the last few years - the good judges don't come to Md. so we're stuck with whoever's left.

Why would great, experienced judges want to judge in Maryland? You know judges talk and have heard that it doesn't matter one bit who they like. She wouldn't hesitate for one second to tell the judges that "they are headed in the wrong direction" after prelims or ask if they even listened during Judges' Orientation. On another note she is worse than terrible with volunteers. Try speaking up and either your titleholder takes a hit or you are shunned by the board.
