rules question: some of the cars in our organization, do not have stock firewalls, but they are required to carry 52% on the front wheels. Would this be legal for your race on the 19th? also are bolt in front subframes legal for 63-66 chevy 2's? We are interested in bringing some cars from TEXAS OUTLAW 10.5 RACING ASSOC. and need to know the rules. also are headlamps required? (NT) -- Junkman, 15:14:28 07/11/03 Fri (65.64.24.246) another car (65 chevy 2) that has a bolt in front subframe, it , by our rules is required to run 52% on the front. the car went from 50.1% front to 52.2% on the front and it went from 4.90's to 5.20's with no other changes! 60' fell off 7 hundreths. so the 52% rule negates ANY advantage of engine setback. if you really do have a car then you know how this all works.
