Come now, Batman would not stand a chance against Superman. Remember, the pussy you see on the Justice League and on Smallville is not really Superman. Superman not only has super powers that would fry the bats in a heartbeat, but he has 100X the intellect with his super-intellect. The JLA treats Superman like a weak idiot because if he were full strength and intellect, there would be no need for the others.

The only one to have a chance against Superman is the Silver Surfer. He has powers of the mind that could mislead into a state of thought that he was not fighting at all. Norin-Radd has the ability to transmute the elements. He could just as easily turn superman's hair into a bushel of gold kryptonite as he could equal Superman's super-speed, strength, and most other powers.
