Just checking in, down three pounds today, but had the flu for a couple of days, so I don't think it counts. Found out yesterday the hubby's nephew is engaged, he just turned 21. She's pretty, but I've never met her, just seen pictures. Spent all day yesterday helping hubby clean out the chicken coop, with the exception of two hours in the afternoon for sick and sleep breaks. What a horrendous job that is! New chickens come tomorrow, then I won't have to buy my eggs at the store, been having to do that for a couple of months now, and its just not the same as fresh.

Dreemy, a question about the green tea. I really like it, and drink it daily, but how much do you have to drink for it to actually aid in the digestion and weight loss?
