Moon you will really relate to this one! I got within a half lb of the full 80 lb loss and then 2 days ago the scale erroneously decided to go "boing"! No explanation. I was being so good and careful. It seems to do this around my mid-cycle. Very interesting. Oh well, it will happen. I decided the best way to handle it was to INCREASE my food intake for a few days and then reduce it again after that. i am adding a couple more servings of fruit a day, a few more complex whole grains and an oz. or 2 more of protein for each day.

How do you like my new motto?
