I weighed in Thursday night and I hadn't lost anything but I hadn't gained either. I guess that's a good thing! The topic we discussed was "water". He gave a few good tips to stop myself from overeating or "nibbling" on when I should stop. I'm going to try them and see if it helps. I broke down and had some General Tso's Chicken the other day. That was a HUGE craving. I ate half my order and saved the other half for the next day. So I think that's pretty good!

I do have a pair of Levi's jeans hanging on the back of my bedroom door. I would so love to be in them again. And I have plenty of journals to write down my food and meals. At weight watchers they give you one every week to help keep track of points. My problem is not writing things down. Just laziness on my part. You sound really dedicated though. I feel I'm better this week. I guess last week was just kinda a bummer.

I did find it interesting some of the things our leader mentioned about water. Many times when you think you're hungry you're actually thirsty. If you just drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes usually the craving will pass. Dehydration can lead to joint pain and fatigue and also studies have shown that dehydration can cause that fuzzy-can't-concentrate feeling. It was really informative. I do drink lots of water but I know some people have a real problem with it.

Well I guess my post was long too! I'm going to go relax for a while. Myself and 5 yr old daughter just spent 5 hours at Kings Island (Amusement Park) and I'm exhaused! But I got my walking in for the day!! Thanks for the motivation and for listening!
