Glad to see you Moon. Well, since you picked today to start your diet, I'll join you. I've battled and lost so many times it's pathetic. My recent trip to the doctor for a hip/back problem has revealed that I'm at my heaviest weight EVER! So I am currently sitting here drinking a Dannon Light'n Fit Smoothie. A 7 ounce bottle has 80 calories, 0 fat, 0 dietary fiber. I'm going to be attempting to follow the Weight Watchers program. Just need to get some of my papers and books back from a friend who borrowed them.

I'll try. I guess that's all I can do at this point. Good to see you here Moon. Hope to see more of you ((or less depending on how much you lose!!!)))
