you know, I know some people who have had great success with weight watchers....but I don't think I will go that way because I don't really want to pay into the program....plus I don't know what their approach to carbs are anyways.....

I think I am only supposed to weigh myself once a week right? The temptation to do it more often always sneaks up on me each morning. I will have to be firm with myself. I weighed myself when we got back from Oklahoma and it was a heart wrenching 235 and I am only 5'7! I can't believe I weigh that much. I have never weighed that much...the most I had ever weighed before was 230 and I despised myself then. I just look and feel unhealthy. And to boot, I don't even have the "big boobs" that most chubby women have. LOLOLOL!!!I am serious though. They don't match the rest of my body. Blah! I have come to terms with accpeting myself as beautiful no matter what I look like, and I dont want to get "skinny mini" or anything like that, I just want to feel half way decent in a bathing suit and feel better.....I still haven't started taking my Metformin again. I am dreading it wiht working in the afternoons and having diarhhea......
I am doing ok so far though!
Kepp me posted!
Love
