Well, I've done the weight watchers before and had good results and I've had bad results. This time I'm not going to the meetings but since I have all the materials and a friend who is also counting points along with me, I'm hoping to continue for a while. I can't afford the meetings either.

With weight watchers it's not so much about carbs and such as about low-fat, reduced-fat things. You can do potatoes, pasta etc., it's going to be the butter/sour cream and sauces that you have to watch. You can eat anything you want, it's about portion size (big problem for me) and counting points. I'm doing okay right now through the day but by evening is when my cravings and munchie buttons get pushed. Dreemy, what's that craving blocker again?? I'll go back through posts and find it. Maybe that will help me. Evenings are hardest for me. I'm doing well drinking water so that's a good thing. Now I need to get busy and exercise. Hope you all are doing well!
