Congratulations! That is great news!

I have missed you. It looks like it is just You and me kid!

I went over two weeks without losing a lb. I have been having really rough, painful periods. i thought things would be better with all the excercise. maybe it is perimenopausal stuff. I have to take estroven supplements or I have NO flexibility whatsoever. It is all natural. I got to the point I was in tears with not losing. My mom came to visit and she was eating all night long! Both my hubby and I found it very influencing. he was following suit and fixing whole meals again around 9 to 9:30 PM. it was awful. We had not been in that sort of habit with munching at night at all. I have my 1/2 a grapefruit in the evening and that is it after supper. So after she left we had a talk and I was very upset about not getting back into my good new habits. he promised to help, and not munch at night. we agreed to go upstairs and watch TV in our bedroom where the kitchen wasn't so close.

I gave myself a jump-start yesterday by adding an extra 15 minutes of dancercize in the morning in addition to my 30 minutes that I do in the afternoon. Today the scale was down one lb after over 2 weeks of nothing happening. I guess i will be crawling my way to my goal. I know it is just one lb, but I was so happy. 1+1+1+1+1...... well, now I am up to 32 lbs lost altogether.

Oh....hey....our new favorite spplurge is the new weight watchers ice cream sandwiches. They are 130 cal. a piece. They are the new round ones...not the rectangular ones (which are like 160). Even my husband and kids like them, so I have to buy 2 packages every week or they will be all gone. I am allowing myself one treat a day right now and that is a good one I have been enjoying. Also WW just came out with an oriental dinner. The cals are low, so try adding some extra shrimp or chicken and some broccoli to add more bulk to the meal. It really got me through a bad "chinese food craving" I had last week. Hubby went and picked himself up chinese food and i ate that....I was fine. It is like lo mein with some veggies.

Well, time to go do my longer excercise session. My cat is waiting!

hugs,
Dreemy
