That sounds good! My only problem is I've tried some of the Healthy Choice soups and really didn't care for them. Maybe by adding the tomatoes I'd like it better.

So far today I've done well. I made a small breakfast this morning and took my vitamin. I then did about 20 minutes of walking in place (it's kinda cold outside, you know!) and added a few lunges and stretches. I know I've seen some videos about walking that you can do in your home. I don't know the name of the woman that teaches it though, does anyone else??? Anyway, at least I was up moving and swinging my arms and got the ol' heartrate going. I then had a small lunch of vegetable soup (my own homemade) and water to drink. I'm planning on a fairly simple dinner this evening also.

All is going well so far...today anyway...one day at a time. But I will try and check out the soups again. Thanks for the tip.

Love and Light(ness)
SapphireMist
