I give you a lot of credit for getting outside in this cold....I hate being cold. I am definitely chaffing at the bit for spring at this point. My mom baought me these two long narrow hand weights that you are sopposed to swing when you power walk. I haven't used them in years....you are inspiring me. Way to go girl.

remember the opening to the mary tyler moore show?? "You're gonna make it after all"!!! That is how I feel when I think about this whole thing. So often I have been afraid i wouldn't make it "all the way". Then there are times like today when I think...I can do this...I'm really gonna get there...really gonna make it, after all!
