The basic idea of the ruby red drinking glass, kinda deals with color therapy/polarized water. The idea is to fill the glass with water, and let it sit in the sun for a full day. You would then drink the water warm, and be taking in not just water, but water that has been polarize by the sun with the energies of the color red. It is a good idea to do two or three glasses the first day, and you would want to leave it at room tempature instead of refrigerating it. This is the bare basics.

The color red is to speed up the burning of energy and therefore aide in loosing weight. Cobalt blue glass of polarized water would aide in slowing down metabolism(good for thoes who need to gain a bit).

If one can't find a glass that is ruby colored, It is possable to use the clear red plastic used for like fruit/easter baskets, wraped arround a clear crystal glass and therefore still polarize the water with that color. The main idea being the red filter.

Keep in mind though it only helps with the weight loss, and not in toning muscles by itself. But it is possable it may cause some increased activity/energy level. One known side effect to watch for is a bit of hyperactivity in some people. (speaking from my own testing of this method). I know of five people who have benifited by this, and three that it had no real effect on.
