You are so generous with your support and motivational cheerleading! I really really appreciate it.

I am back to going about things my way, my old standby way. I got up 5 lbs. over what the lowest was I had lost. I said, "enough is enough" and started the next day to take my own advice. I have done well for the past three days and got off 3 of the 5 lbs. You are right, I have basically been maintaining for two months now. I guess I shouls be encouraged that I can maintain.

The spiruteen shakes seem to really boost my metabolism. I decided to start each day off with a half a grapefruit and a spiruteen shake. (made with water, 3 egg whites. and a sweet'n'low) It seems to cut my appetite for the rest of the day substantially as well. With as much stress as I've had lately I need every edge I can gather to fight the urge to stuff my face or fill cravings. So I am trying not to eat anything that might set up a sugar craving such as refined flour and sugars. I did allow myself one chocolate covered stawberry!!! so decadent!

thanks and a big hug,
Dreemy
