Give yourself a big hug and a high 5! You're not gaining!!! You're going to be able to wear a new and wonderful bathing suit this year!! You can get a new summer wardrobe! You know once this weather breaks you'll be out and about and doing all kinds of energetic things that will just make those stubborn pounds melt away! I think you're a hibernator like me. Being in a snowy, cold climate makes our metabolism slow down and try to save all those nasty little fat cells. By spring you'll be back on track and doing great. Keep up the good work! You've not given in or given up and that's going to pay off for you. Anyone else would have given up and started putting weight back on. You'll be ready to bust out at the first sign of warm weather and have a head start on all those who did give up. You go girl! You're a winner! Keep following your own plan. Seems like it's worked for you this far. Keep me posted...if I can't lose weight I at least like to see how you're doing!!!!
