Me and a close friend have started to exercise together in the mornings while the girls are in school. So far we're doing the exercise video that I have, Leslie Sansone "Walk away the pounds". I've made it to 2 miles pretty easy and have even used some soup cans for 1-lb. weights. My friend laughed at this but she used them too!!! We're also going to try some tapes she has. One is Pilatis (sp?). We watched a little bit to see what we're in for...Oh Boy...are we in for it. But I'm excited that I have someone to get together with and work with. I've been watching what I eat as far as cutting back on fats and carbos. So wish me luck...AGAIN! She also has a pool in her backyard so this summer she's told me to come over whenever I want and use the pool for exercise or just to hang out. She works 3rd shift a lot so I thought I'd go over in the morning when she gets home and we can do a few laps in the pool before she goes to bed. I think that would be great fun and great exercise. I've always loved swimming and being around water but I've really shyed away from it in the last few years because of my weight and not wanting to put on a bathing suit. There could be nothing worse than going to a public pool and having to wear a crappy bathing suit. So with just me and her and the kids I should be okay. At least that's the plan as of right now.

Well I'm all sweaty and sore from our exercise session this morning so I better go get showered and ready for my afternoon errands.

Feeling the burn!
