You have done so much to overcome your past abuses and traumas...you are right to be thinking that you deserve to be the best you can be and to lilve a full and happy/healthy life in every way. We used food like a drug to numb our feelings, as a sheild to keep people away and to not be attractive. We also used it as an excuse as to why we didn't have the llife we wanted. (If I was thin, then....) But now you are ready to reclaim your body as the wonderful creation it is and to bring it back to health and vibrancy. Not only can you do this, but you definitely owe it to yourself!

Start by thinking like a slim, healthy, active person with high self-esteem. Think things like, what would that kind of person want to eat? Then change that to "I am a slim, healthy, active, vibrant person who cares to much about myself to eat unhealthy things! Make whatever changes seem right to you to start off. That might inclused drinking a lot of water and eliminating soft drinks. I have found that white sugar and flour are really toxic to me. Purging my diet of those has made a hige difference. But mostly, seek out the healthy foods that you do enjoy and comsume those and stick your home full of those so that you don't have the unhealthy foods around as an option.

With excercise i started small, doing 3 10-minute walks a day until I could do more at a time. later on I added strength training, stretching and long intense aerobics. But the thing is to move and to make it a regular thing, no matter how little you start with.

The biggest magickal thing i did/do has been visualization and affirmations/chants/positive statements to myself about myself. I re-created who I am physically by changing who I was mentally.
