It is very interesting how when we finaly decide to start pursuing weightloss/getting healthier that it really starts having one thing lead to another. We start having more care for ourselves overall and the next thing we know like detectives we are uncovering all sorts of things with our health that were getting ignored or swept under the rug. For me, I was shocked to learn I was anemic when my blood work came back last year. I am such a supplement taker and was eating such a healthy diet I was really blown away by that one. My biggest issue is absorbtion. Come to find out I have to really watch when and how much liquid I drink during or immediately after a meal. Drinking a lot inbetween/before has helped me curb my hunger also, so that works out.

The restaurant idea is a good one, Saph. I also don't have them bring stuff I know might be a problem such as garlic bread that might come with the salad or croutons on it.

I will be right here, still striving and working on this worthy pursuit of becoming my healthy best. I finaly got down to a few lbs lower than I had been for months only to bounce back up again and stay there. Spell weever is asking what I want for Yule and I am considering a home gym. We have the treadmill and I use it at least 5X a week and I use bands and hand weights, but one of those gyms with all the do-dada might be easier and a time saver.

I am with you all the way, no matter how long it takes or our ups and downs.

hugs,
Dreemy
