Greetings Scarlet.
I just happened to be surfing around today and popped in here. Boy it's been a while since I stopped by!! I found your post interesting. When you mentioned the bloated feeling I was like YES!! I have noticed when I am eating healthier (veggies and such) it tends to make me, oh let's say more gassy! ;) So after a meal of lots of veggies and such, especially when it is a sit-down type dinner like you mentioned, I find myself feeling like a balloon about to burst. Maybe you could try getting up and walking around a bit after you eat and then join back with your family/friends for conversation?? Maybe a quick walk around the block? Or even just walk around inside of the house? Tell them you're taking the Grand Tour...again. lol

I know there's been plenty of nights when I would go scrapbook with my friends and I would be SO uncomfortable I would almost be sick. I felt so fat but really it was just the gas and bloating. Have you tried taking something like Beano? It helps releive the bloated, gassy feeling after eating. And since you mentioned eating healthier and also IBS problems it could be something that might really work for you.

On other news, I know we've never really "talked" but I've posted on here several times with my weight-loss struggles. Dreemy and I have exchanged a lot of information. I am currently attempting to lose weight again. **Notice I didn't say the word D-I-E-T** To date I have lost 13 pounds. I started at this about a month ago so I'm pretty pleased right now. My starting weight was 206.5 and today when I got on my scale it was 193.5!!! I havent' seen that number in over 7 years!! Basically my plan is to eat more smaller meals more often and keep busy. I work several nights a week now at a local pizza/ice cream parlor ((tell me that's not sabotage!)) so I do use a supplement of Metabolife Green Tea to help curb my appetite. I only take 1 before lunch and 1 before dinner (sometimes). I don't take the full 6 pills a day dosage. Like I said, I just need a little help in curbing my appetite. Just taking even 1 pill a day seems to help me feel fuller and not over do it when I do have a meal. And I also drinks lots of water now instead of pop.

Hope some of this helps. Please tell Dreemy hi for me and give her a big hug!! Remember there's someone with you on your weightloss journey!! Keep up the good work.
