I'm going to have to second Kaylorin's thoughts on this fic. I loved it. Loved it to pieces. I'm not usually all too fond of AU stories, as it takes ages to get into and understand... but this one just enthralled me.

The only difference is that I personally liked the ending. Yes, maybe it was a little sappy, but I like the sap.

I'm joining Kay's grade too, as it's well deserved. 95.

Well, I hate to rain on everyone's parade, but I didn't like this fic at all. I couldn't get into...in fact I had to force myself to read it all the way through. While I won't argue that the writer is talented and does have a gift for making the characters real, I did not find myself enjoying this story. And not because it's AU...I generally like AU stories and getting a chance to see these characters differently. But for some reason, I could not get into the story. Because of this, I'm tempted to give it a lower score...but as the writing is good and there are no mistakes that I could see, I give it a 70.
