 Nashota stared at Wes for a long moment. Her cobalt eyes were thoughtful. "I... That is..." She ran her fingers through her hair and pulled forward a small braid that ran just behind her left ear. "Might this be it? My pappa gave it to me last year and said... One day I would know what it was and what to do with it."

Hanging from the braid was a single feather attached to a long peice of leather that Nashota has used to weave it into her braid. The feather was unlike any that Gabriel had ever seen in his years with the clan. "What sort of bird carries that feather?" he asked aloud.

::'Riel,:: came Rio's soft tone. ::Perhaps it is not from a bird at all but rather...:: She turned her blue eyes to Wes. ::Perhaps it is from one of his kind.::
