Despite her mental turmoil, before long all emotion drained from Kalea as she offered her limited power to support Nashota's much stronger flow. Gwenneveire's body gave a mighty lurch, but was quickly steadied by Kalea and Nashota. Deep in the recesses of her mind, Gwenneth's consciousness stirred uneasily. There was great pain there, a seemingly endless well of it, but Gwenneth felt a strong current, something like a river but pulsing and very fast.
