Subject: 失眠,似乎是很多朋友的問題............

失眠的原因,我想最大可能是:想得太多吧!!
我前排都有呢個問題,日日都要3點幾4點先訓到,後來有一日太早起身真係頂唔順,所以有一晚十一點幾就訓左,之後就要自己每一天習慣12點幾就一定要訓落床,過左幾日,我呢排已經回復返可以十二點幾睡覺的習慣了!!
如果你們都訓唔著,不妨試下"循序漸進"呢個方法!!

8點起身

兩,三點訓,八點起身,係會眼訓,但係可能係其他時間眼訓,一到左夜晚就好精神,結果又要二,三點先訓......

所以你咪就係傻架囉~~
希望大家都可以一步一步黎,逐日逐日早些訓,慢慢就會調整返個時鐘....其實失眠訓唔到,唔多唔少都係:你自己係咪真係想訓?定係拎左D時間來打機,胡思亂想,同人傾電話,做功課,睇書.....如果自己真係想訓,我諗一定會訓到!!
