Pork Roll, Taylor ham, Canadian bacon - I get so confoosed! It's Canadian bacon with the Eggs Benedict, right? That has to be my favorite breakfast/brunch of all time. Mmmmmm...mmmm.

That remoulade sounds like it's right up my alley (being the mayonnaise fan that I am). Have you had it up North, or is it something you can only find down South? I would think we have some cajun/creole restaurants up here in Yankeeland.

It is 10:34. I have had breakfast and even a piece of chocolate babka the boss lady brought in. I am now starving once again. This is disgraceful.
