Had my first ear of jersey sweet corn yesterday.......Mmmmmmm!

It was fantastic, so sweet it didn't even need butter. So head out to you favorite farm market (avoid supermarket corn,it tastes like paste) then just hurl the ears on the BBQ and wait awhile and soon enough you too will be in maize heaven.

Life just doesn't get any better.
