my neighbor just got back from

a fishing trip to Alaska and returned with a bunch of Halibut. Never had it before, so I grilled up the fillets and was suprised at how tasty it was. Very white and clean tasting, but needs a sauce or marinade to boost the taste...

I used the old reliable olive oil-garlic-italian herb-lemon marinade and the piece he gave me fed 5. That was some huge fillet. I sliced it down into six 1/2 inch steaks and had scraps for Indie to also enjoy.
