I own a Kia Sedona 2002 van. It has been at the dealer over 100 times. The most recent for a noise problem that the dealer has struggled to diagnose. We are close to the 60,000 miles. The dealer now says that the noise is because of the timing belt, but that it's not covered under the 60,000 mile warranty. Based on what I am reading of the warranty, it should be covered. Anyone have their timing belt covered by KIA under the 60,000 miles. The noise has been ongoing for at least 1000 miles. They have replaced motor mounts, there was a leak in the exhaust manifold, the 3rd seat window blew out spontaneously! We've had exhaust leaks, the battery blew up and leaked acid on the hood. The list goes on. I would never buy another KIA. ANy help anyone can offer would be appreciated.
