When welding aluminium sheet with DCRP tig I hav a problem with the arc wandering around all over the place. I try to keep my tip bead as small as possible but it does not seem to help. Is it better to use higher current on aluminium than steel of the same thickness (0.8-1.2mm)
Do you have to keep the weld pool cool bu adding filler rod reriodically?
