A Sharon, A Chara,

"Cruit" may be used to mean a bump or hump -- a small, raised area. "Cláirseach" may be applied to a large, flat object. It is also some sort of insect -- a woodlouse, I believe.

Be careful not to confuse with "cláiríneach," which means a crippled or deformed person.

Sán leat,
Pádraig
