I'm new at managing Simmerville Studio, and the studio itself is rather new also. I'm planning a few productions, and I need a budget. I was wondering if anyone out there could share with me how you decide the wages of the actors/actresses. I understand that a brand new face can't expect as much as a well known Sim, but maybe there are exceptions from this rule too?

If they have a regular job, can I base their wage on their job level say in the showbiz career?

My questions are endless. This far I discussed the wage with the Sim in question, because we are new and need to watch our costs, I think maybe some actresses got paid too little. I hope for some advice, it would be natural if different studios followed more or less a similar argument.
