We use a complex formula for salary-at PH, the cast gets paid according to # of episodes they appear in. There are three levels-1 being the "stars" of the show; 3 being the occasionally episode-but neccessary for the script/storyline. We then have all the levels paid the same per episode (10 a season), this number is then rounded up to the nearest $1000. Cast usually get bonuses in the form of 30% of their previous season's salary, salary increase is about 25%. This works out pretty well, since the salary isn't simdaily but in human time and depending on how often the rotation of a hood goes in a given, then the simdaily salary wage is different (ie-cast in hoods that have 3 simdays a season are paid more simdaily than cast in hoods that have 10 simdays a season).

Salary=Episode Rate * 10 + Previous Salary*.3
or
Salary=Previous Salary*1.25 + Previous Salary*.3
