Tough one because I completely understand. They have to prove themselves. How? I don't know, but they should know exactly how you feel before hand. Or leave it up to your daughter. I think a judge would consider her old enough to know who she wants to spend time with and who she doesn't want to spend time with. At least it was that way when I was her age.
I remember when I was her age, my mom was out partying and drinking every single night. I was the middle child and was very ill and was left alone. That hurt me so bad now that I look back. Anyhow I wanted to live with my dad because I knew I wouldn't be alone if I was with him. He took me to his attorney and they asked me if it was him that was asking me to say these things. Well I didn't go with him because I felt bad that I was hurting my mom's feelings. So all that to say a child her age knows what she is feeling and can usually make up her mind. Maybe she should talk to them about her feelings and take it from there.
Just a suggestion.
