 Also, your boundaries that you reset are crumbling. You said he had to have a clean hair folicle test in order to see your son. Now you are saying he can have supervised visits with your mom.

Stop right there in your tracks....take a deep breath. Make sure your head is in the right frame of mind. Keep your boundaries or make new ones and STICK TO THEM! Quit letting Spencer manipulate you. He has no rights. A sperm donar does not make a daddy. From what you have posted, he is not being a daddy, and that is what your son needs.

Get Spencer out of your life for two reasons....so you can move on or heal enough to not be manipulated, and so Spencer can hit his bottom and get it together.
