I would bypass the lawyers because the charges can get ridiculous and they can't give you definite answers anyway until the judge makes their decision. I think the best way would be to speak to the bailiff/courts prior so that they can include this. When I went through this, I presented it to the judge directly during the hearing. Keep in mind that with Spencer there, it might get difficult but stay strong and know who you are without compromise.
