I think the best way would be to speak to the bailiff/courts prior so that they can include this. When I went through this, I presented it to the judge directly during the hearing. Keep in mind that with Spencer there, it might get difficult but stay strong and know who you are without compromise. Pray for guidance and peace - especially peace, believe me, I know how the enemy can try to rip your peace away from you when you need it most.
