Subject: Questions about court Author: Heather [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 12:16:23 05/09/06 Tue I have some questions about seeing the judge on my court date. I have written the judge a letter based on some facts that I would like her/him to be aware of and also asked for supervised visits only if and when a follicle hair test comes out clean and parenting classes and a phsychological health exam. DO I give this letter to the bailiff when I go to the court date along with a copy of my filing papers? If I call an attorney they want to charge me to ask this question because they said one question leads to another and another....
