Subject: The Rapture

Concerning the Rapture:

First, let me state that I am a NON hardcore Pre Tribber....HOWEVER, after discussing with Rabbi Chester, and his sharing with me the Anti Jewish threads in this view, I must say it has caused me to take a second glance....

Now, though most who hold to the pre trib view, as I now understand it, teach that only a remnant(of Israel) will be saved during the tribulation, I have never maintained that doctrine; I have always believed, as a pre tribber, that ALL of Israel would be saved, as Scripture so states.

Also, I have always believed that during the tribulation, not only would ALL of Israel be saved but that God would SPECIFICLLY be TURNING back to Israel in the sense that He was involved with them during the OT...not that He isn't NOW, but in the SAME way that He dealt with them in the Ancient Days....

Now, I DO NOT have verses in the Word to "prove" my points of a pre trib rapture... yes, I have some verses here and there but nothing solid, and thus this is why I amnot "hardcore" on the Rapture issue...

At one time, as a 5 year Word of Faith follower, I was SOOOOOOOOOOOO hardcore that I wouldn't FELLOWSHIP with those who didn't believe in a pre trib rapture... John "I'm actually a Jew hater" Hagee gave me the inspiration to act as such towards my Brethren.... (note: As a WOF proponent I DID NOT believe that Christ burned in hell etc etc...I was more of the "I'm a god", I like money" kinda guy....)

Now, Jacob Prasch gave me some different views, one being that it will be mid trib... and now Rabbi Chester gives even deeper thoughts.....

I have never been very much of a student of End Time Events, so I am quite open.... I'm not one or the other anylonger, and haven't been for a long time...

I am not one who is ignorant in the Fundamentals of the Word nor in the Discipleship portions of Scripture, yet as it pertains, as stated, to End Time Events, I must confess that I am ignorant....

I am willing to learn if you are willing to help me.
