6.4 Execution of Approved Proprietary Systems
(a) The Contractor shall within 14 days from the date of the letter of acceptance of the tender select and submit to the Project Manager for approval one of the Approved Specialist Roofing Applicators listed in sub-clause 6.3 above te execute that Proprietary Roofing System.
The Contractor shall take full responsibility to ensure the compatibility of the different brands of Approved Proprietary Reofing Systems.
(b) If the proposed Specialist .Roofing Applicator submitted in accordance
With sub-clause .6.4 above is net the Approved Specialist Roofing Applicator for that Proprietary Reofing System as listed in sub-clause 6.3 above,. sufficient evidence to demonstrate the competence in applying that Proprietary Roofing System has to be submitted to the Preject Manager together with the submission as stated in sub-clause 6.4 above for approval. However, it should be noted that the proposed Proprietary Roofing System must be one of the type as listed in sub- clause 6.3 above.
