It does not matter how you tax people. The consumer pays the bill each time he goes to the store. You could double the tax on the rich people and the rich corporations and they would just pass it on to you it the price of goods and services. It cost a great deal more for the government to coordiante. Therefore, the government should only coordinate those things they do best, like national defense. I don't need the government to coordiante my education or my retirement or my charitable giving. I can hahdle all that by myself.
