Hi. Well done Alice. Hope the job wasn't too tedious for you. I've had a quick look through and noticed the following:

1) 1.4.1
Are SUDA electing their own standing committee? In the past two years (and this year or so I thought) SUDA exec committee chose to use IVDA standing committee. There is a note in the SC guidelines about this as well. I think it's preferable to use the IVDA SC as you get continuity of policy and less confusion. PLus will you actually find 5 members of SUDA general committee to be on the SUDA SC?

2) I think it may be worthwhile having a list of SUDA trophies in the constitution. You mention how the best newcomer is calculated and I know Caroline has been looking into how the best beginners couple & team are calculated for IVDA. Do SUDA have a best beginners couple/team trophy or a most promising couple trophy? If so, maybe a note about how they are calculated would be helpful.

3) typo 2.1.9 tuition

4) Points 2.1.14, 2.8.6 and 2.17 about walk on order contradict themselves
2.1.14 says teams walk on in alphabetical order.
2.8.6 and 2.17 says teams walk on in the order determined by ballot at the Autumn GM.
I thought there was a ballot - either the same as or a reversal of the IVDA walk on ballot (minus northern teams obviously) was used for SUDA team walk on. The offbeat is then a reversal of the team match walk on order.

5) 2.8.11: why is only C team mentioned? Bit random.
