You haven't answered any of the four problems I posed.

Rule 10 cannot be applied to the previous format; it makes no sense whatsoever to apply any skating (or, indeed, any quantitative) method across multiple events. Whether or not people grasp the mathematics behind this statement doesn't make it any less true.

I restate that the premise of team marking is central to the proposal, and that it is not possible to remove it while keeping the other 47 constitutional amendments.

Will you please answer the folowing question as concisely as possible:

"Why does individual marking have more merits than team marking?"

As I understand it, the one 'advantage' you claim IM has over TM is unbalanced teams. During our previous debate no firm conclusion was reached as to whether it was, in fact, any better in the general case, and at any rate Robin's recent point shows that it is actually worse in the case of a 3-1 split. Offsetting this against the apparantly irrelevant concepts of "better team spirit and unity", "enjoyment" and "scoring system that actually works", one wonders why, on the balance of arguments, IM is preferred. It may be slightly more stable in some extreme values, but given that is is less stable for the rest of them, as well as lacking several key advantages of TM, it would seem an odd choice.
