Robin, sorry I've ignored some of your quesitons to avoid recovering old ground.

EG by having whole team with same number, only need to call out numbers from second round of divisional comp (SF in 48 team event) based on 20sec*3 dances that adds two minutes to the overall comp, hardly significant.

Which could have been applied to the old system. Rule 10 is a seperate issue.
